Cobweb cottage is an oasis of peace and tranquility in the heart of the quiet, small, picturesque village of Winterton-On-Sea.  Its extensive gardens are not visible from the approach road and can only be seen once you have reached your destination.

The entire cottage has been sympathetically renovated to a very high standard by the present owners and decorated in a warm and welcoming style.

Winterton-On-Sea, lying off the Gt. Yarmouth to Martham road, is a small fishing village with a population of 1400.  Although most of the fishing has now ended the nucleus of the village still retains the charm of a bygone age.

Not disturbed by through traffic to other destinations as the road leads only to the sea or on a circular route around the village,  Winterton  is served by a well-stocked shop and a Post Office/shop/newsagent.  This flourishing village has won  awards for its sense of community, its litter free zone and for its flower-filled, well-cared for communal areas.

Cobweb cottage is only a moments walk away from the outstanding beauty of the unspoilt beach and  marram dunes which afford wonderful vistas of sea and landscapes. This offers  many walking and bird-watching opportunities.  The cottage is also only a very short walk to the equally old and character pub which serves good quality meals for lunch and dinner.  There are several other attractive pubs in easy driving distance.
